APPOINTMENT TIMES:
The appointment starts upon arrival and ends upon departure. The time spent getting your dog ready for the walk or caring for them afterward is part of the appointment time. This usually takes just a few minutes on each side.

PAYMENT:
We accept cash or Venmo payment. Cash greatly appreciated! For single appointments, we request payment by the end of the day on which the services were completed. For regular daily visits, we can accommodate payment on a bi-weekly basis upon request.

SURCHARGES:
Some services are subject to surcharges. Off hours are considered before 8:00am and after 6:00pm.

What services do you offer for pet sitting and pet visits?

We provide a variety of services including daily pet visits, overnight stays, walking, feeding, and administering medication as needed.

How do you determine your rates for pet sitting and visits?

Our rates are based on the type of service required, the duration of each visit, and the number of pets involved. Please contact us for a detailed quote tailored to your situation.

Can I meet my sitter before booking services?

Yes, we require a meet-and-greet session prior to the service to help you and your pet feel comfortable. This allows you to ask any additional questions, discuss your pet's needs, and build rapport with the sitter.

Do you offer services for all types of pets?

Yes, we provide services for dogs, cats, and a variety of small pets. If you have a specific type of pet, please inquire via email.

Will the same sitter visit my pet each time?

At present, yes, the same sitter will visit your pet each and every time.

How can I be sure my pet will be safe and cared for?

We are trained professionals with experience in handling different types of pets.

What information do you need from me before the service begins?

We will need detailed information about your pet(s), including feeding routines, medical needs, emergency contact numbers, and any specific instructions regarding their care.

What happens if my pet has an emergency while I’m away?

Your sitter will have your emergency contact and veterinary information on hand. We will promptly reach out to you and take your pet to the designated veterinarian in case of an emergency.

How do I provide access to my home for the sitter?

We typically recommend using a spare key or a lockbox for access to your home. Specific arrangements can be discussed during the meet-and-greet.

What if I need to cancel or change my booking?

We understand that plans change. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify your booking. Our cancellation policy (also on our website) and any associated fees will be explained at the time of booking.

Do you offer last-minute bookings?

While we recommend scheduling in advance, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests based on our availability. Please contact us as early as possible if you need a last-minute service.
