Cancellation Policy
We aim to be fair and accommodating to our valued customers and ourselves, at Cammie’s K9s. We understand that unexpected events happen and make exceptions for cancelled flights, snowstorms, etc. In these cases, we'll work with you to reschedule the appointment, ensuring the best care for your pets. Thank you for your understanding and flexibility in these unique circumstances.
• Daily Dog Walking:
24 hours notice is required, or the regular rate applies.
• Overnight Care & Holiday Care:
Cancellations or Adjustments within five (5) days of service starting will incur a 100% invoice charge.
• House Visit:
Cancellations and/or Changes within two (2) days of service starting will incur a 100% invoice charge.
• Once an Appointment Starts:
Services booked but no longer needed for an early return are billed at the regular rate, as this time was reserved for your visits.
